We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to join our Chick-fil-A team and help lead our restaurant into its next stage of growth. This leader will work closely with Owner/Operator Jeff Dagerath to develop people, strengthen daily operations, and build a culture of excellence. The Restaurant Manager will have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership based on their strengths, with responsibilities that may include team development and training, scheduling, inventory, operational systems, and helping lead new growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is humble, coachable, willing to work alongside the team, and excited to grow as both a leader and business professional while helping others do the same.

Your Impact

• Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring Chick-fil-A standards for quality, service, food safety, and operational excellence are consistently met.
• Develop and coach Team Leaders and Operations Leads, helping build a strong leadership pipeline and a team that is humble, coachable, and committed to excellence.
• Take meaningful ownership of key areas of the business based on your strengths, which may include training, scheduling, inventory, ordering, people development, and other operational systems.
• Work alongside Owner/Operator Jeff Dagerath to identify opportunities, solve problems, and help drive continued restaurant growth and performance.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and high-performing culture where team members are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow and flourish.
• Play an active role in new growth initiatives, including the development and launch of the restaurant's drive-thru and curbside operations.

Background Profile

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on, "can-do" mentality
• Humble, coachable, and willing to learn and grow
• Passion for developing people and being an excellent teammate
• Open availability to support restaurant operations
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
